Returns

Do you offer returns?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final sale items, damaged items caused by wear, and items returned outside the 14 day window are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@carrito.world within 2 days of delivery so we can review and make it right.
